Caregiver Job Description at Infojini

**Job Summary**

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Infojini. As a key member of our healthcare staff, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs are met.

**Responsibilities**

* Assist residents with daily living activities, including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and incontinence care, in a safe and comfortable environment.
* Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to policies and procedures, and ensuring the resident's environment and safety are met.
* Provide nutritional support, including meal delivery, tray preparation, and adaptive equipment, while honoring resident preferences and choices.
* Assist with rehabilitative needs, including range of motion, ambulation, transfers, and proper body alignment, using assistive devices as needed.
* Report changes in resident status, concerns, and refusals to the Charge Nurse in a timely manner, in accordance with policies and procedures.

**Requirements**

* High School Diploma or GED
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift, bend, and move residents as needed
