We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Culinary Specialist to join our team at Atlantic Health System. As a key member of our dining services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality meals to our patients, associates, and guests.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook a variety of menu items, including entrees, sides, and desserts, to meet the dietary needs of our patients and guests.
- Review menus and customer orders to determine the type and quantity of food to be prepared.
- Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient food preparation and service.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 or more years of experience in cooking or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
