Key Responsibilities
Assist the store manager and fellow Customer Engagement Specialists to maintain an organized, well-displayed, and adequately staffed store.
Oversee and relay daily task assignments to Customer Experience Representatives.
Communicate sales objectives to the Customer Experience Representatives.
Ensure targets are met while identifying areas needing merchandising focus.
Support the execution of company promotions.
Adhere to pre-opening, post-opening, and closing protocols.
Engage with customers on the sales floor to create a positive shopping experience.
Foster meaningful connections with customers.
Establish a warm and inviting atmosphere within the store.
Utilize product knowledge to share compelling stories.
Enhance the shopping experience for customers.
Curate tailored product selections for each customer interaction.
Leave a memorable impression on customers.
Perform cashier responsibilities as needed throughout each shift.
