Physician Empire is seeking an experienced physician to join our hospital-owned single specialty group as a Hospitalist. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician to expand our Hospitalist services and work in a dynamic and growing healthcare environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care as a Hospitalist, working closely with our medical staff and hospital administration to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Participate in the development and implementation of hospital policies and procedures to improve patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with our medical staff to ensure seamless transitions of care and effective communication.
- Contribute to the growth and development of our Hospitalist program, including participating in quality improvement initiatives and educational activities.
Requirements
- Board certification in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Med-Ped.
- Current licensure in the state of Alabama.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
