About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist to join our team at RadNet. As a key member of our diagnostic imaging team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and producing accurate diagnostic images.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate mammographic equipment and other medical devices with precision and attention to detail, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Produce high-quality diagnostic images in a timely manner, ensuring excellent patient care and satisfaction.
  • Understand and utilize advanced imaging techniques, including compression, exposure modes, and other adjustments to optimize image quality.
  • Monitor patients' well-being during exams, recognizing and responding to any signs of discomfort or medical issues.
  • Provide clear and compassionate communication to patients, guiding them through the exam process and addressing their questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with physicians to respond to their questions and needs regarding patients.

Requirements

  • ARRT(R)(M) certification
  • State License in Diagnostic Radiologic Technology
  • CPR certification
  • At least one year of diagnostic imaging experience preferred
