Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and monitor programs and practices to ensure high-quality nursing care
  • Ensure consistent application of nursing services policies and standards throughout the organization
  • Monitor patient outcomes and quality of nursing care
  • Oversee performance of teams and identify staff training and development needs
  • Provide leadership and guidance to medical staff, department heads, and administrators on nursing service and strategies
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of current progressive clinical patient care experience in Labor and Delivery
  • Minimum of 2 years of healthcare leadership roles
  • RN License in state of employment or compact
  • BLS certification
