**Job Summary:**

Kaiser Permanente is seeking a highly skilled Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) to join our team in the Child Psychiatry Division. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive mental health services to children, adolescents, and families.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of psychiatric conditions in children, adolescents, and adults.
  • Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each patient.
  • Provide evidence-based psychotherapy interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family therapy, and group therapy.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for patients and their families.

**Requirements:**

  • Masters degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution.
  • Current licensure as LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC in California.
  • Experience working with children, adolescents, and families in a mental health setting.
  • Knowledge of child development, family systems, and behavioral health principles.

**Work Environment:**

This position is based in San Jose, California, and offers a dynamic work environment with opportunities for growth and professional development.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.
