Position Overview
As a Snow Surface Technician, your primary responsibility will be to prepare and maintain the snow surfaces for skiing enthusiasts. You will learn to operate advanced grooming machinery, ensuring that trails are perfectly groomed for an optimal skiing experience. We seek motivated, detail-oriented individuals who can dedicate their days to skiing while utilizing their nights to restore trails to pristine conditions.
Position Specifications
- Housing: Potentially Available
- Expected Pay Range: $24.07 per hour
- Shift & Schedule: Full Time
- Afternoon to midnight, midnight to morning. Includes weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Skill Level: Entry Level
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate grooming machinery.
- Prepare and maintain ski area trails and surfaces.
- Collaborate effectively with team members.
- Minimize downtime through regular maintenance and upkeep of equipment.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Valid driver's license with no restrictions.
- Experience operating heavy machinery.
- Ability to remain seated for extended periods.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Ability to safely enter and exit machinery.
The expected pay range is $24.07 per hour. This reflects the compensation we anticipate for this role, with individual decisions influenced by various factors.
