- CPR and First Aid Certification or a willingness to obtain it.
- Compliance with state-specific qualifications for the role or a commitment to meet them.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential or a willingness to pursue it.
- Physical capability to use a computer proficiently, lift at least 40 pounds, and work in both indoor and outdoor settings.
- Able to engage in low-level postures to maintain physical and visual contact with children, ensuring their safety and participating in physical activities.
- Proficient in reading, writing, understanding, and speaking English to communicate effectively with children and their parents.
