Job Title: IT Technician

Job Summary:

Instant Brands is seeking a skilled IT Technician to join our team. As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our computer systems, networks, and databases.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing PC issues, installing Windows, and general maintenance support
• Provide maintenance support for the Plant phone system, plant servers, and the facilities wireless network
• Develop and implement system solutions to satisfy plant needs
• Provide technical support for operating systems, installing and configuring workstations
• Manage a Emergency Server backup location for the facility

Requirements:

• Associate Degree in Computer Science with experience in a continuous 24/7 process in a manufacturing environment
• Able to work independently and communicate with all levels of the organization
• Ability to troubleshoot network, PC/Server, Programming and Administration issues
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a manufacturing environment
