Role Summary:

We are in search of skilled technicians who possess an energetic spirit, a positive demeanor, and a commitment to excellence. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a proactive approach to resolving complex automotive issues while prioritizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize expertise to diagnose and repair vehicles for our clientele
  • Gain diverse experience as an automotive technician across various domestic and international vehicle models
  • Conduct thorough and honest vehicle inspections
  • Collaborate with team members to address customer concerns efficiently
  • Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization
  • Communicate effectively with the service department regarding customer issues
  • Work alongside fellow technicians to troubleshoot, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results
Required Qualifications:
  • Positive mindset and a commitment to serving customers
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive service
  • ASE Certifications preferred, or a plan to obtain them
  • Ability to diagnose and repair all vehicle makes and models
  • Meet or exceed performance goals
  • Willingness to learn new skills and processes
  • Professional appearance and strong communication skills
  • Aspirations for long-term career advancement
Physical Demands:
  • Occasionally lift and/or move items exceeding 100 pounds
  • Ability to work with tools on elevated vehicles
  • Work in confined spaces as required by vehicle repairs
  • Demonstrate dexterity to effectively use hand tools
  • Stand or walk for the majority of the workday
  • Operate manual transmission vehicles
  • Proficiently navigate computer systems
