Position Overview:

We are seeking an Electrician Level 1 to join our expanding Electrical Service Team. This role is ideal for candidates who are currently in their 3rd or 4th year of electrical training.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the upkeep and repair of electrical systems, which includes wiring, outlets, switches, lighting fixtures, and circuit breakers.
  2. Utilize the skills and knowledge gained to execute electrical tasks and troubleshooting under supervision.
  3. Interpret and analyze electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
  4. Effectively communicate with clients to clarify electrical plans, provide progress updates, and address any inquiries.
  5. Prepare work areas for the repair and maintenance of equipment.
  6. Set up and operate tools such as hydraulic benders, power threaders, power pullers, and cable vacuum systems.
  7. Measure, cut, and bend wire and conduit accurately.
  8. Connect wiring and equipment in accordance with code and job specifications.
  9. Document work performed in a timely and complete manner.
  10. Operate vehicles and other equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols, reporting hazards, and contributing to a secure working environment.

Qualifications:

  1. High School Diploma or GED.
  2. A minimum of 4 years of experience in the electrical field or a related area.
  3. Possession of a valid driver's license in good standing.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience in commercial or industrial settings.
  2. Journeyman License.

Compensation and Benefits:

Compu Dynamics offers a competitive pay range of $32 - $39 USD, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, a 401k plan with a dollar-for-dollar company match up to 4%, various voluntary benefits, employer-paid life insurance, paid holidays, parental leave, volunteer time off, and up to 4 weeks of paid time off after 60 days of employment.
