Role Responsibilities
As a Client Service Associate, you will report directly to the VP of Finance and collaborate with our IncredibleWealth Advisory Team to ensure outstanding client experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing technical and relationship management support to experienced advisors.
- Participating in client meetings alongside Financial Advisors and conducting independent meetings when appropriate.
- Building and nurturing client relationships in collaboration with the advisory team, including organizing hospitality events and seminars.
- Executing trades to accommodate client transactions in partnership with Financial Advisors.
- Managing scheduled portfolio rebalances to maintain alignment with client investment strategies.
- Embracing the firm's investment philosophy and offering educational insights to clients.
- Assisting in the onboarding process for new client relationships and reviewing portfolio performance.
- Coordinating with marketing departments to ensure compliance in all promotional materials.
- Supporting marketing initiatives for the line of business.
- Providing technical assistance for broker dealer platforms and applications.
- Offering general administrative and reception support as needed.
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate is someone who prioritizes integrity and is committed to continuous improvement. You understand the significance of your role in enhancing the customer experience.
Our preferred qualifications include:
- A college degree or equivalent experience in a related field, with a preference for candidates with financial sales exposure.
- Familiarity with CRM systems, financial planning, and portfolio management software.
- Experience with broker dealers, particularly Ameriprise Financial, is advantageous.
