Customer Service Ambassador

At Graybar, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contact and liaison for customers, you will ensure their total satisfaction by providing timely, professional, and courteous support.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure every customer experience is top-notch in quality
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls and written correspondence in a professional, timely manner, ensuring follow-up on all customer issues
- Take an active role in selling Graybar goods and services on inbound calls
- Provide support on product selection and application
- Coordinate customer service requests, including order entry, pricing, expediting, billing, order maintenance, credit, and claims
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to handle a variety of customer situations with enthusiasm and tact
- Some retail or counter sales experience preferred
- 2-year or 4-year degree preferred
- Full-time, hourly, non-exempt
- Monday - Friday
- 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Predictable work schedule to plan your life around: no weekends or nights for most roles
- The expected pay rate for this position is starting at $19.00 per hour, depending on experience
