Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Aerotek. As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for performing troubleshooting, repairs, and inspections on various manufacturing equipment in a continuous operational environment. You will analyze and interpret diagrams, wiring diagrams, and sketches to determine the best approach to troubleshooting and testing circuits. You will also inspect, repair, install, and wire electrical devices and circuits, up to and including 480VAC. Additionally, you will maintain HVAC systems, water quality, and wastewater operations, and perform electrical troubleshooting and modifications as required. You will work with test equipment and procedures, manage building management systems and fire protection systems, and assist in training new maintenance technicians. You will adhere to all safety policies and procedures and maintain a safe and clean work area.

Responsibilities:

* Read and interpret blueprints
* Troubleshoot up to the PLC, replace with a new unit, load program, and confirm proper operation
* Perform electrical repairs, HVAC maintenance, electrical circuit modification, and test equipment usage
* Manage building management systems and fire protection systems
* Assist in training new maintenance technicians

Work Environment:

* 2nd Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm
* Frequent standing, walking, bending, pushing, and reaching
* Frequent lifting of up to 50 pounds and maneuvering up to 100 pounds with a dolly
* Frequently exposed to oil and noise
* Exposure to heat or cold due to seasonal changes
