Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Strategic Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company's human resources strategy and implementing programs that drive business results.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR-related matters

  • Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's business objectives

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement and development programs

  • Analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve program effectiveness

  • Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field

  • At least 8 years of experience in HR roles within fast-paced and matrix organizations

  • Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)

  • Proven ability to understand business goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them

  • Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and consultations with labor unions
