HR Strategic Partner

Job Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned HR professional to join our team as an HR Strategic Partner. In this role, you will play a key part in shaping the company's human resources strategy and implementing programs that drive business results.
Your responsibilities will include:
Serving as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on HR-related matters
Developing and implementing strategic HR initiatives that align with the company's business objectives
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and deliver employee engagement and development programs
Analyzing data and metrics to inform HR decisions and improve program effectiveness
Providing guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in HR roles within fast-paced and matrix organizations
Advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Proven ability to understand business goals and develop strategic plans to achieve them
Experience with collective bargaining, negotiations, and consultations with labor unions
