About the RoleThis is a full-time position that offers a competitive salary of up to $10,500.00 Sign on & Retention Bonus for Full Time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager and up to $5,000.00 Sign on & Retention Bonus for Part Time Registered Nurse (RN) Unit Manager. Benefits include paid time off, medical through Aetna, FSA, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k).
Responsibilities- Manage nursing units and supervise RNs
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching
- Graduate of an accredited RN school of nursing
- Valid RN license in the state employed
- Valid CPR certification
- Prior skilled nursing experience preferred
