Company Overview:
We specialize in providing recreational activities for children aged 18 months to 12 years. Our offerings include a variety of programs such as classes, clinics, camps, and events.

Job Summary:
As a Coordinator for our youth programs, you will ensure a safe, enjoyable, and structured environment for participants. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing the entire program, including training, customer service, hiring, marketing, and leading by example during weekly sessions.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Welcome participants and their families to classes
  • Clearly communicate program rules and policies
  • Address all customer service inquiries related to the program
  • Maintain strict safety protocols for all participants
  • Organize and manage coaching staff on a weekly basis
  • Support coaches in their training throughout the seasons
  • Implement marketing initiatives for each session
Qualifications:
  • Strong team player with a dedicated work ethic
  • Previous coaching experience is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Experience in Early Childhood Education is beneficial, but not required
  • Effective communication skills with supervisors and customers
  • Ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 25 pounds regularly
  • Capacity to stand for extended periods
  • Availability to work on weekends
