Job Summary:

  • Lead and supervise a team of test drivers, overseeing daily operations and ensuring accurate performance logs are maintained for test trucks.
  • Coordinate and communicate with supervisors and engineers to plan and execute driving activities, ensuring seamless operation and data collection.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs: Conduct basic truck repairs and assist with the setup and operation of test instruments.
  • Maintain facilities: Ensure the test track and related areas meet safety and 5S standards, maintaining a clean and organized environment.
  • Train and develop team: Provide training and development opportunities for your team, evaluating performance and making necessary adjustments to improve efficiency and safety.

About You:

You possess strong leadership skills with a focus on safety and team development, ensuring accurate and thorough performance logs and test results. You have technical skills and experience with test equipment and instrument setup and usage.

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on experience.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. At least ten years of shop or industrial experience with a minimum of two years in a leadership role.

Location: Our manufacturing facility in Greenville, NC.
