Join our leadership team at the center as the Facilities Operations Manager.The primary focus of the Facilities Operations Manager is to ensure the safety and comfort of our patients and residents by maintaining a well-kept and visually appealing environment.
Adherence to federal, state, and local regulations concerning the upkeep of the nursing facility's infrastructure and grounds is crucial. In this prominent position, you will report directly to the Nursing Home Administrator.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
Provide comprehensive supervision of the maintenance team, including onboarding for new personnel.
Ensure the functionality of fire alarm and emergency generator systems to reduce the risk of fire and accidents
Maintain necessary documentation and reports, and engage in budget planning
Be available for emergency situations on a 24/7 basis
Utilize the TELS platform for all Life Safety, regulatory, and daily operational tasks

Conditions may apply based on collective bargaining agreements, relevant state laws, and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and tenure.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory; foundational training/knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVACR systems is essential; previous supervisory experience is required.
