Position Responsibilities:

  • Conduct installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance, and repairs on industrial manufacturing equipment such as ovens, extruders, and hydraulic presses
  • Demonstrate proficiency in troubleshooting and working with PLC systems
  • Utilize welding and machine shop tools, including lathes, milling machines, and grinders, to effectively fabricate and repair components
  • Supervise maintenance staff schedules and work orders, ensuring timely completion of tasks
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) and ensure compliance with documentation standards
  • Provide guidance and training to maintenance technicians to enhance their skills and capabilities

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical troubleshooting, including the installation and replacement of motors, sensors, and contactors
  • Assemble, install, and fabricate new machinery, equipment, and components within manufacturing facilities
