Objective: Oversee the operational efficiency of the teller line and new accounts division while ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves monitoring, adhering to, and enforcing banking policies and procedures. Responsibilities include assisting in the recruitment, supervision, and evaluation of operational staff. Actively promote the bank's services and engage in community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:

Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through external sales initiatives.
- Guide staff in cross-selling techniques and exemplify expected behaviors.
- Support the bank's sales goals by promoting basic products or directing clients to appropriate bank personnel for sales closure.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing multiple projects effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Self-driven and motivated
- Ability to work autonomously
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation: Competitive salary starting at $50,000 + DOE. Previous experience in banking and management is highly valued.
