Telecommunications Construction Foreman

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Telecommunications Construction Foreman to join our team at Ansco & Associates, LLC. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of underground telecommunications cabling and ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of crew members to ensure efficient and safe completion of projects
  • Inspect and monitor the installation of underground telecommunications cabling to ensure compliance with contract and process specifications
  • Ensure that all employees meet safety, quality, and production goals according to company rules, regulations, and standards
  • Operate and maintain various types of utility trucks, equipment, and hand tools
  • Read and interpret utility maps and prints to identify underground utilities
Requirements:
  • At least 18 years old
  • Authorized to work in the United States for this company
  • 3+ years of experience in the Telecommunications or Utility Construction/Maintenance industry
  • Valid driver's license (CDL preferred)
  • Able to lift/carry 50 lbs regularly and up to 75 lbs as needed
  • Able to work in all weather conditions and as needed (overtime, after hours, on weekends, for emergencies or on-call)
