About the OpportunityWe're looking for a skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team. As a member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel facilities.
Responsibilities- Maintain safe and smooth-running physical hotel property and grounds
- Complete repairs and preventative maintenance on various systems, including plumbing, electrical, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, and HVAC
- Perform light carpentry, painting, vinyl and drywall repair
- Implement and monitor programs to ensure a safe facility and work environment
