Fitness Ambassador

Covina based Taymax Group is seeking an experienced Member Services Representative to create a positive member experience by providing exceptional customer service. With a passion for fitness and health, you will be responsible for handling front desk activities, facilitating member updates, responding to inquiries, and maintaining the neatness of the club.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a positive attitude. Additionally, they should be able to work independently and as part of a team, with strong listening and problem-solving abilities. As a Member Services Representative, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives by providing a high-quality fitness experience in a welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service to members, prospective members, and guests
• Handle front desk activities, including checking members into the system, taking prospective members on tours, and signing up new members
• Facilitate needed updates to member accounts
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner
• Maintain the neatness and cleanliness of the club
