We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Therapist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our dynamic team at Steps BH. Our team provides behavior therapy to individuals on the autism spectrum in a home-based, clinic, and school setting.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
  • Collect data to monitor the progress and effectiveness of treatment plans
  • Support BCBAs with training families on implementing treatment plans
  • Participate in team meetings and training workshops
  • Ensure a safe and positive environment for clients
  • Follow Steps, LLC policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • At least one year of experience working with children with behavioral challenges
  • High school diploma
  • Reliable transportation
  • Commitment to working flexible, part-time schedule
  • Commitment to handling confidential information responsibly
  • Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
