Key Responsibilities

Qualifications and Experiences
  • 2-3 years of live production experience, including a comprehensive understanding of crew positions and skillsets needed for high-level broadcast production
  • Previous management experience showcasing strong leadership abilities
  • Strong leadership and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability for assigned projects
  • Solid time management, planning, and organizational skills
  • Practical experience in scheduling and building crews for Productions
  • Accuracy and attention to detail while production and crew data
  • Understanding of Onboarding and Payroll processes in a broadcast production environment
  • Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays if needed
Preferred Experiences
  • Experience in Broadcast Production Operations
  • Working knowledge with Microsoft Office Suite, Concur, Workday, and Media Pulse
