Job Summary:
This position is responsible for leading the Pharmacy team, ensuring the efficient operation of the pharmacy, and providing exceptional customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong background in pharmacy operations, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales and profit growth in the Pharmacy and OTC areas.
- Lead and manage the Pharmacy team to achieve business objectives and goals.
- Maintain compliance with Company and regulatory policies, standards, and procedures.
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to team members.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD, degree or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
- U.S. pharmacy-related experience.
