About the Role:

We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to our clients in their homes. As a Physical Therapist at BAYADA, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in physical therapy, with a minimum of one year of recent work experience as a licensed Physical Therapist. You will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests and measurements, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and educating clients and family members on rehabilitative care and activities necessary for independent living.

We offer a competitive salary of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Our benefits package includes a 401k retirement plan, discount program, sick pay, employee assistance programs, vision benefits, bereavement leave, health care FSA, weekly pay, continuing education opportunities, holiday pay, wellness and fitness programs, dental benefits, medical benefits, and dependent care FSA.
