The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, including safety, quality, and schedule management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies, including safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
  • Prepare and submit regular project reports to stakeholders, including project managers, clients, and senior management.
  • Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in healthcare construction, with a strong background in project management and leadership.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, with a strong focus on safety, quality, and schedule management.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and manage construction teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards, including OSHA and safety protocols.
  • Proficient in project management software, including Procore and MS Project.

Physical Demands:

  • This position involves work at a construction site, with regular exposure to outdoor weather conditions, noise, and physical demands.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to project sites and meetings.
  • Strong physical stamina, with the ability to lift and move heavy objects, and work in a physically demanding environment.

  • The job is performed indoors and outdoors, with regular exposure to construction sites, equipment, and materials.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with regular collaboration with construction teams, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
