We are seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential services within an educational setting. This position offers flexible scheduling, with responsibilities divided between two locations. The selected candidate will work three days at one site and two days at another, focusing on enhancing the communication skills of students facing speech and language difficulties.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to fostering student development and hold the necessary licensure to practice.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct tailored speech and language therapy sessions for students
  • Assess student needs and create individualized treatment strategies
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and educational staff to support student progress
  • Monitor and document student growth and achievements
  • Adapt therapy activities to meet the unique needs of each student
  • Participate in interdisciplinary meetings and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure accurate and confidential record-keeping for all student interactions

Requirements:

  • Current Speech Therapy license
  • Experience working with school-aged children is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
