Job Summary:

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide services for school-age students in a school-based setting. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and be interested in working with students ranging from grades K-12.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide occupational therapy services to students in a school-based setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs and develop strategies for improvement
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including therapy sessions and consultation with teachers and parents

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ years of occupational therapy experience
  • Active or pending state OT license
  • OT DOE certification
  • Previous school/IEP experience preferred, but not required
