About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team at Fargo Elim, a 5-star rated health care center. As a CNA, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents and patients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct care to residents and patients, including assistance with daily living activities and medical procedures.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and healthcare teams.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and a positive resident experience.
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to enhance skills and knowledge.

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) skills and requirements:
