About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and versatile Thumbnail Photographer/Videographer to join our team at MrBeast. As a key member of our creative team, you will be responsible for bringing concepts to life through high-quality visual content.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with our designers to develop and execute visual concepts for thumbnails
* Capture and create engaging visual content for various platforms
* Work closely with on-site teams to ensure seamless execution of creative visions
* Source materials, scout locations, and manage logistics for shoots

* Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and post-production software
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
