Job OverviewBlack Apple Cidery is seeking a skilled Cider Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a variety of beverages, including our signature cider-based cocktails, classic cocktails, and diverse range of ciders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, with a focus on cider-based cocktails.
- Greet and interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take beverage orders and provide recommendations based on guests' preferences.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies are well-stocked.
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Collaborate with the team to develop and refine the cocktail menu.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, placing orders as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly.
- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously improve your knowledge of mixology and cider.

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of mixology, including classic and contemporary cocktails.
- Familiarity with cider and an enthusiasm for learning about our products.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a craft beverage or cider-focused establishment.
- Creativity in developing new drink recipes.
- Certification in bartending or mixology.
