As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with neurological conditions, working collaboratively with medical providers and the care team to ensure comprehensive and compassionate care.

Job Summary

This role requires a registered nurse with expertise in orthopedic and neurological trauma care. You will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, performing procedures, monitoring patient responses, and documenting care administration. Additionally, you will educate patients and families about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assess patient conditions during admission and scheduled shifts, identifying and reporting changes in patient status
  • Perform procedures, monitoring, or other functions as ordered by medical providers, ensuring thorough documentation of care administration
  • Administer prescribed medications, monitor patient responses, and take appropriate action in the event of unintended responses
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, medications, and follow-up measures
