Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at the West Virginia Department of Education. As a key member of our nutrition services team, you will be responsible for preparing and serving meals to students and staff.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
  • Prepare and serve meals according to established menus and recipes
  • Manage inventory and supplies
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient food service operations
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Criminal background check and drug test
  • Pass competency test
Working Conditions

This is a part-time position with variable hours. You will be required to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be able to lift up to 50 pounds.
