  • Therapeutic Interventions: Implement evidence-based treatments, including exercises, stretches, manual therapy, and equipment-based interventions, to promote optimal recovery and functional mobility.">
  • Communication and Collaboration: Maintain open communication with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination and successful outcomes.">
  • Professional Development: Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and research to continuously enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.">

  • Clinical Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a physical therapist in an acute care or outpatient setting.">
  • Education and Licensure: Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of practice and a Doctoral degree from an accredited program.">
  • Certifications and Training: BLS certification and any additional certifications relevant to the role.">
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.">
