Our 10-week Summer Internship Program offers a unique opportunity for college students to gain hands-on experience in broadcast journalism. As an intern at Paramount, you will have the chance to work on various aspects of media production, from researching and writing stories to assisting with live newscasts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and write engaging stories for digital and streaming platforms.
  • Assist with news gathering duties, including finding potential stories and covering breaking news.
  • Work with show producers to build newscasts.
  • Support and observe reporters in the field.
  • Learn basic writing, shooting, and editing skills.
What You'll Need
  • To be a Junior, Senior, or Master's student in the fall.
  • To be available to intern full-time (5 days a week/36-40 hours a week) for 10 weeks starting in June.
  • To work hybrid or fully on-site for the duration of the program.
  • To be paid at a competitive standard hourly rate ($25 per hour).
  • To have employment eligibility to work with Paramount in the United States.
