Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a Speech Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans, and providing direct therapy to improve speech articulation, fluency, language skills, and cognitive-communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluation and Assessment: Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Therapy Planning and Implementation: Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on assessment results.
  • Direct Therapy: Provide direct therapy to improve speech articulation, fluency, language skills, and cognitive-communication abilities.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with clients, families, educators, and other professionals to ensure holistic support and effective outcomes.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Document client progress meticulously and adjust therapy plans as needed.
  • Professional Development: Stay abreast of the latest research and advancements in speech-language pathology to provide the highest quality care.
Requirements
  • Education: Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current state licensure and ASHA certification preferred.
  • Experience: Experience in clinical, educational, or rehabilitative settings is advantageous.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
