The Digital Product Owner will be part of a team creating simple experiences personalized for everyone. Main Objectives
  • To drive the end-to-end product lifecycle for features and products improving the state's online experience.
  • To own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing the requirements of service owners and business stakeholders.
  • To translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories an acceptance test criterion.

Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Management with the following:
    • Support the Digital Product Owner in the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative digital experiences that make it easier to find and utilize state services.
    • Assist in the creation and articulation of the product roadmap.
    • Key partner in establishing regular cadence of embedding user research.
    • Own and prioritize the product backlog, balancing the requirements of service owners and business stakeholders.
    • Translate product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements/user stories an acceptance test criterion.
    • Enable analytics-driven decision making to evolve products with appropriate reporting to understand overall performance and user satisfaction.
    • Coordinate communication, escalate and facilitate resolution of risks, issues, and changes tied to the product backlog.
