Job Summary:

Americas Swimming Pool Company is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Pool Cleaner to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional pool cleaning services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a swimming pool route that includes the cleaning of swimming pools each week, ensuring that all pools are cleaned to the highest standards.
  • Manage stock of chemicals on the truck and properly adjust the water chemistry for each pool each week, maintaining optimal water quality and safety.
  • Conduct regular equipment inspections to identify any potential issues and communicate those needs to the office and customers in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless execution of pool cleaning services, meeting customer expectations and company standards.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1-2 years of experience in pool cleaning or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
