Key Responsibilities- Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff, ensuring high-quality patient care and adherence to established protocols.
- Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with the Clinic Administrator to develop and implement clinical policies and procedures.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of quality metrics and benchmarks.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records and reports.
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of California.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong clinical knowledge and expertise in nursing practices and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) proficiency.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Recent TB test and COVID-19 vaccination record.
