About the Position

Ensemble Performing Arts is seeking a skilled and experienced Clarinet and Alto Sax Instructor to teach part-time at one of our music schools. We are looking for educators who will provide high-quality instruction in a fun and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Teach Clarinet and Alto Sax lessons to students of various skill levels
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to individual students' needs
  • Provide constructive feedback and guidance to students
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff

Requirements:

  • Strong music background, preferably with a degree in performance, pedagogy, or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated love of teaching and experience working with young musicians
  • Robust appreciation for punctuality and reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a routine background check

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience ($35-40/hour)
