Process Trainer

Vestas American Wind Technology is seeking a skilled Process Instructor to join our team in Brighton, CO.

The Process Instructor plays a critical role in developing production workers within their team, serving as the primary production contact for new process roll-out. This position is responsible for promoting workplace safety, training team members on safety policies and procedures, and identifying and addressing poor quality work.

• Promote workplace safety and educate team members on safety policies and procedures.
• Train team members on policies and process documentation, including PWIs, drawings, and job cards.
• Identify and address poor quality work immediately and directly.
• Represent Vestas in a professional manner, following company, factory, and department policies.
• Effectively manage priorities and balance production with production capacity.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
• Ability to see and hear alarms, timers, and follow verbal instructions.
• Ability to wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) for the task.
• Ability to tolerate an environment where chemicals and materials are used within OSHA guidelines.

This position requires regular and reliable attendance, as well as the ability to climb up and down stairs, push, pull, and lift up to 35 pounds, and own their own and team lift up to 70 pounds.
