Primary Care Physician Opportunity

A primary care physician position is available at Sharp Community Medical Group. The ideal candidate will be a licensed Family Medicine MD or DO with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.
Annual Salary: $210,000 - $220,000
This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment that values continuity of care and provides in-office and telehealth services. We prioritize patient satisfaction and quality of care, and our team fosters a culture of learning and collaboration with medical and nurse practitioner students.
To succeed in this position, you will need exceptional clinical and communication skills, as well as a genuine enthusiasm for the art of medicine and building positive relationships with patients and colleagues. Residing in the area is essential due to our commitment to serving our local community.
Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish, are highly advantageous given the large Spanish-speaking patient population we serve. This presents an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our patients and their families.
The benefits package includes IRA savings, medical insurance, vacation time, PTO/CME stipend, and more. A medical license and board certification in Family Medicine are also required for this position.
We operate on a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 8-5, with an on-call schedule of 3:1.
