Responsibilities:

  • Take membership payments and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files for the county farm bureau.

Duties and Responsibilities:
We are looking for an individual who can perform a variety of administrative tasks, including:
  • Assisting with member requests and inquiries.
  • Processing membership applications and renewals.
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems.
  • Providing administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent required.
  • The ability to handle confidential information and maintain discretion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Physical Demands:
This role requires regular sitting, using hands, talking, and hearing, as well as frequent reaching with hands and arms. Occasionally, you may need to stand, walk, or stoop. You will also regularly lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds. Close vision and ability to adjust focus are necessary for this role.

Compensation:
The estimated salary for this position is between $35,000 and $45,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
