Position Overview:

As the Orthopedic Rehabilitation Team Leader, you will report directly to the Sports Medicine and Orthopedic Service Line Manager. Your primary responsibility will be overseeing the daily operations of the orthopedic rehabilitation division, ensuring effective communication with both management and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise professional staff across multiple locations.
  • Support and facilitate the implementation of new or enhanced clinical programs.
  • Encourage professional development among clinical staff.
  • Work towards reducing variability among clinics.
  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes innovation, creativity, and professionalism.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: A Bachelor's degree or higher in Physical or Occupational Therapy is required. Additional coursework in business, management, supervision, healthcare administration, or public health is preferred.

Experience: A minimum of five years of experience as a Physical or Occupational Therapist in an outpatient setting is strongly preferred, along with demonstrated leadership experience.

Licensure and Certification: BLS certification is required within four months of hire. A current license to practice physical or occupational therapy in Massachusetts is mandatory.
