Baking Expert

We are seeking a skilled Baking Expert to join our team at Golden Corral, Zeal Group. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods, including hand-made yeast rolls, cakes, pies, and specialty desserts.

About the Role:

• Food Production: Prepare a variety of baked items, including breakfast bakery items on weekends, using the buffet production system to ensure quality and shelf life compliance.
• Operational Excellence: Maintain quality by preparing all products following Golden Corral recipes and standards, ensuring every product is fresh, tasty, visually appealing, and hot when appropriate.
• Guest Service: Provide friendly and courteous service to guests, assisting them with baked goods and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

• The estimated salary for this role is $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Requirements:
