About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Superintendent to lead our construction projects in the North Dallas area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing daily jobsite activities, implementing safety programs, and coordinating subcontractors and material deliveries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Develop and implement effective safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and reporting any incidents to the Safety Team.
  • Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless material deliveries and labor coordination.
  • Monitor and maintain accurate daily time records, assigning cost centers for each employee and properly coding materials to the appropriate cost centers.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed job reports, reviewing shop drawings for contract compliance and field dimensions.
